By developing empathy, we strengthen the capacity to meet inner and outer events creatively without feeling overwhelmed by them. This enables us to deepen the connection we have with ourselves, others and the world offering a healing stream of love to the situations we meet. It is a powerful antidote to the epidemics of our time – fear, anxiety and depression.
