Our approach to this theme is based on Robert Sardello’s work and book ‘Freeing the soul from fear’. The approach is practical, helpful and enables us to understand the phenomena of fear and find ways of strengthening our soul capacities to counterbalance the huge effects of fear with which we all have to live.
This self-contained course is open to everyone who would like to work with these questions constructively and address them within a spiritual context. It is be supported with conversation, meditative and artistic work, (no previous artistic experience is needed).
