MAKING SENSE OF LIFE

Questions of growing intensity are facing each of us personally and life at large. Expanding the understanding of our own life stories with its seemingly disconnected events and experiences develops the capacity to build new bridges within ourselves and towards others offering more depth, meaning and a greater sense of coherence.

Using the line of inquiry, we discover that our narratives are unique, unparalleled and precious even though we may previously have considered our lives to be worthless, insignificant or broken.

This programme is structured into three
pathways with 12 weekly sessions.
Biographical explorations and
artistic work (no previous experience is needed) will accompany this process. Sharing it with others in a safe space of attentive listening and warm receptivity offers another dimension.
